Solved Jtag Black/White Screen [Please Help!]

I sold a Jtag and like his tv shows it in black / white.

Jtag:Falcon

What ive tried

*Flashing xbr then back to freeboot
*Making a new freeboot image with the latest freeboot toolbox
*changing the region to ntsc (while patching kv or whatever)
*Changing the AV Cables
*Changing the TV
(Works on my HDTV)

Thank you soo much for helping me, I know freeBOOT is region free, but his only options
are PAL 50/60.
For anyone that helps ill give 1600/3Month/infections. (You will need to wait, If you want msp ill system link some kid, or infections wait till I host my next lobby.) Thanks guys it means alot!
