Solved Jasper RGH 2.0 Laggy When Connected to Ethernet wont go online error code [help

So, my RGH which was fully working before has for some reason stopped working properly.

I can play offline perfectly but as soon as i try to go online i gets really laggy, and gives me an error code when i try to connect to xbox live

the error code is: 80151911

If someone could help me i'd be so happy. Thanks

Have you tried resetting your router and trying different stealth servers?

It was working perfectly before then i turned it on and its just really slow and laggy, this happened a week or so before the dash update, only just found the time to try and fix it.

I have tried-
Changing stealth servers
clearing the cache
deleting all the updates and re-installing
delete all the profiles

Try clearing out your plugins completely and try booting without a HDD to see if anything changes.

Personally, I would have thought it was whatever server you were using. However, do you think it could just be your internet acting up? Are you able to play normally own any other consoles in your house?

I can play on retail with no issues at all

sounds like a router problem.something in the settings heard of this before. 
I read that the culprit was the MTU parameter set on your network. It can be set in any part of your network like your router or your Windows computer.On a Windows computer you need to open regedit.exe and then search for the entries called MTU in HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE/SYSTEM/CurrentControlSet/Services/Tcpip/Interfaces and select each interface (a random string of numbers). Right click the parameter MTU and choose decimal then type 1492 or 1500. Now you should be able to download your profile.

delete them from the launch.ini or from the HDD Completely?? or do i delete them from both?

Go into dashlaunch, > plugins press Y on all them, press RB go down to HDD press X.

It has to be a setting in the router or your server. Have you tried taking your router out of the equation and wiring directly to the modem?

My Router and Modem are both combined in one unit.

ok go to your network settings on xbox then advanced an reset network settings....reboot then log back into network...you should know the rest
