Solved Jasper not getting powered

I am trying to RGH 1.2 a Jasper and it is plugged in correctly however the console does not turn on and it says
Flash Config: 0x00000000
Can not Continue
in jrunner

your soldering might not be good or you dont have the drivers installed.

Would that stop the Xbox from turning on I understand it wont work with no nand but the green light does not turn on where I press the power button

Can't really tell from the pictures, but your soldering looks bad. Desolder everything and see if the console boots. If it does, resolder only the nand read cables, but first trim the leads and use flux. If it doesn't check the CLK point, it might be damaged.

there is no solder on CLK point I pulled on the wire and it lifted however the pad seems to still be there

That's probably your problem, post a pic.

Your best shot would be to re solder and try again , and if that dont work i advise to try and buy a new socket and if that dont work then im clueless XD

The CLK point looks lifted, no point in trying to read the nand before that's fixed.
If you aren't sure, check for continuity between the points marked in red.

Solder a wire from this point to this one. Or just solder a wire between the two red points from my last pic, whatever suits you best.
