Some one is selling this pc locally for 1450$

I just want to know if it's worth it and if it can run AAA games at playable frames at 1080p

* CPU: Intel Core i7-4790K Haswell Quad-Core (Value $500)
* Corsair water liquid Corsair H55
* RAM 16 GB DDR3 (value: 160)
* EVGA GeForce GTX 1070 8GB SC GAMING ACX 3.0( value 600$)
* Intel SSD 2.5" 120GB SATA III (new, 3 years warranty)
* Motherboard: ASUS TUF SABERTOOTH Z97 MARK 2 gaming
* Hard Drive 1TB
* Tower: Phanteks Enthoo Pro Series PH-ES614P_BK Black,Full Tower 2xUSB 3.0 in the front (Value $150, new one month old).
* LG DVD drive writer
* POWER SUPPLY: 500W (new one month old)
* It comes with DELL Monitor 19"monitor, and gaming keyboard and mouse
*******************************************************************
Operator System: Windows 10 Pro 64 bit (DVD included with license, activated, value: $100).
Software: Office 2013 Professional Plus (CD included with license, activated), Photoshop, and recovery CD.
It's old like 6 months.

Okay, Well you tell him you can build it for $1200-$1300 new and that you're not paying a penny of $1000 for everything. Reason being is you're buying a used machine and he is trying to make profit to build a new machine or get money of what he built.

I agree, you could build this same system with DDR4 for that price. $1,450 is way overpriced for this. If you're buying a used machine that's 6 months old, you should get it for at least $500 less than what it's worth brand new, especially with only DDR3 ram, DDR 4 has been out for quite some time now.
