The closest way I can think of at the moment is using a lighting effects filter in photoshop.

I think I got slightly close to it, but my colors are off. I used several different settings (hue/saturation, lightness, curves, exposure, and lighting effects) and the closest I got to it was changing the gamma, vibrance, and saturation. Lightness helped, too, but it was weird to try and replicate this look because if anything, I'll usually try and stray away from this look.

After changing the saturation and gamma even more, I got the color back but the artificial-looking light in the image isn't as prevalent.

That would be an exposure layer you would mostly edit the Offset and Gamma option to achieve this look
