Solved Is there a way to get a custom license plate without using the ifruit app?

My friend is new to GTA and he has a new car he wants to put a custom license plate onto. The issue is that he can't get on his social club account to go on the ifruit app even after he reset his password. (Before anyone says no he is not banned of the social club). Is there anyway of him being able to get a custom plate without using the ifruit app?

No. He will have to figure out how to get into his SC or make a new account on SC.

Yes. He can get a car with a custom plate via a gctf or steal an import export vehicle using a glitch. Reason why T Trond said no above is because doing what I said above will trigger dupe detect and ruin any future of that car ever changing custom plates.

Yeah, I was thinking a legal plate to change for on his/her own vehicles =)
