We don't know if the PS4 is actually jailbroken yet, there are many new exploits being released day by day and many new developers coming into the scene so I wouldn't be surprised if it is already jailbroken and just not released yet. Definitely, keep an eye out in the Playstation 4 Modding and Tutorials section because if a jailbreak is released that's where you will find it.
