Can't they tell if your 360 is flashed? Why aren't they doing anything about flashed 360s?
Just think of the large number of users that have modded xbox 360s and have a annual subscription to xbox live. They roll in the money that way.
People get banned in waves once or twice a year. thats just one of the risks you take when you mod your console.
Does the Ban stay on your tag or what? As in recover it to a new 360 its gets shat on too?
I believe the ban is on the xbox and not the GT so yes if you recover it on another xbox then yes it should work.
Huh, so then people whom have been banned for Tampering or using Hacked/Manipulated Files, or have had themselves reported for things unsaid and received Perm bans can still get on another console?
Does this work for Perm bans in games? Like Halo 3 XP ban for example.
No the 360 gets banned not the gamertag.
You just saved me some gamertags:thumbup:
if you restore your xbox to the original setting dosn't the ban get deleted or somthing?:?
i have been playing burned games for some time now no problems here
The Eeprom is banned. Cannot be reversed.
if a 360 is flashed but the person doesn't play burnt games online would they still get banned?
Its still flashed, I'm sure they have a way to tell if your playing ripped games or not, so I'm guessing they bust the people whom haven't touched an unburnt game in years.
