No. It's not impossible to cheat. Should you cheat? Perhaps not as it is more risky. If you plan on dropping money for friends or other players, it is considered risky atm. If you really need money, download a mod menu that allows the spawning of vehicles; then just sell the car you spawn (Ex: spawn Frank's Buffalo and sell it).
