What I'd like to know - judging from comments here as well as on other sites - is how people are struggling to make cash with this DLC.

5 businesses with members of staff assigned will get you around $100,000 every hour. On top of that, you'd have about $30,000 in your safe. Between then you could do maybe 3 vehicle cargo missions and get $240,000. Headhunter, Sightseer, Hostile Takeover, Fortified... 4 will make you around $100,000. I mean, sell cars you don't use that nobody is impressed by anyway, don't get involved in wars, get an outfit you're happy with. Why complain?

*sigh*... "Maisonette". Mine is "Studio Los Santos" or something. What, so you can tip the dude in the toilet but you can't pay a little extra to customise your club name? That detail sucks. In truth, it's probably because of the scripted lines more than anything.

How you do steal goods? Then can selling goods? I can't seem to get working because I did clicked one of mission on laptop and asking me do you want to that? I clicked confirm and didn't get it for steal goods.

Edit: I did clicked one of warehouse management mission then confirmed it and didn't working for me. Something wrong.

Only promotion working for me.

I never stole any goods, looks like the techs are developing the products themselves.
I only did promotion of the club and selling goods when i have enough

I was inspired by Maisonette 9 from Liberty City, felt appropriate at the time haha

Lol. Why does everyone mention the yacht as a bad thing? I absolutely love mine. Usually where I spawn in at. Take a look at the map, drop 25k and start where I want to start. The yacht defense tricks you can pull are endless. I've invited entire lobbies to my yacht..... then teleport via Heist to my facility by the lighthouse, and vaporize them all from space in one shot.... or, pick em off from the beach one by one, if my yacht is also docked at my facility location. A can opener sucks.... til ya learn how to use it.

Thats too much work :frown:
Its still making you work like a dog to pay the daily fees. It costs a fotune (amost 10mill) to completely setup everything... For what? A "solo" 9-5 job?
No thanks, i didnt buy "THE SIMS"...
...I Bought GTAV

But... That's how GTA has been since day one. This is nothing new. If you're new to the game, be thankful you didn't arrive when the only solid (honest/non-glitched) way to make money before Heists was to grind Rooftop Rumble. Wouldn't even make $250,000 in a morning. $500,000 in an hour is not a bad grind. Some people still like playing the game.

(Note: ...but thankfully, here we are. Talking on sevensins)

Because it's a waste of money.

I can agree with the new player thing, but the nightclub requires a lot of previously gained funds in order to even run properly. So i would personally advise against it for new players tryong to grind to save up for the basics. This is definately a luxory item, not for the broke players

Has anyone moved nightclub locations yet? Does it require a setup everytime you relocate? Like the bunkers?

More garage spots to store cars, a new dupe glitch(that is easy AF) and more freemode activities/missions/vehicles. It's a win in my book.

It's the Terrorbyte that looks to be the jewel in Tony's tiara. A mini moc with Remote access & resupply of ceo/biker businesses, hacking missions, drones, oppressor mk2 & mini heists with Paige Harris. Not to mention the mini chernobog launcher strapped to its ***.
Now that sounds like the shizit.

(As long as it's not made of tissue paper like the pounder, that is  )

This shouldn't discourage new players from aiming for one though. I think it's worth it, despite if you think it sucks. The only downside is - if you have enough money in the future to get one, the novelty will have worn of by then.

Somebody mentioned the Yacht, it's the same deal. Way back whenever that came out, the first 3 weeks were awesome. I still like it but it doesn't have the same draw as it once did. Night clubs are going to be the same. I had 12 people in mine last night - in a month, there might be 2 if I'm lucky.

The point is though, is it worth it? I think so. If you have no dupe glitches on the go, it's a good money earner BUT ONLY if you already have Special Cargo warehouses and MC businesses. If not, you're looking at $20 million to get the night club making cash, and even then it'll help to have additional income from Special Vehicle garages. Most players will already have this stuff. New players... Jesus, where the hell have you been for 5 years?

I think the nightclub itself is more a lifestyle thing than a money making machine.
The club part works like a biker business, just see your popularity as supply level.
Not sure about the equipment/staff upgrades ... i think they only increase productivity for your techs not for the daily income of the club ... maybe they decrease your rate of losing popularity ... bought that stuff too fast, so I don't know how the the daily income would be without the upgrades ...

But there seems to be some confusion about the club's business hosting part. So the most important thing to know about the business stuff is:
It does not superseed the existing businesses, it just passively generates some bonus money for your existing businesses.
You can/should still grind all your businesses like you did before.

For every business (except the import/export business) you can have a technician who gets some more money from it - up to five different businesses. And they do it without any need for supplies or anything. The upgrades of the respective business do not seem to matter and they even can be running dry, they only have to be active/staffed.
I don't think it will serve well as a primary money machine, but it produces enough to stay on the positive side (if you bought the club for lifestyle reasons or because you want the garages, the stretch Hummer or any other of the club bound vehilces or any other reason where your break even is of no interest )
But if you bought a club you can almost passively reactivate dead capital if you quit doing crate missions, like I did. You have unused warehouses and or a hangar which in fact cost you money every 48 minutes; assigning one technician will start to produce money for that warehouses/hangar whithout having you to bother with any crate missions, except for a sell mission when the clubs storage is full.
I think the biker businesses would be too ineffective if left alone, so on a first view I would suggest to shut any unused biker business down, instead of letting it run dry and still pay the staff (but when you only play CEO you won't pay for the biker stuff, so you can do the math on your own style of doing GTA businesses).

I like it

There's a business battle trophy on your desk, a clenched fist, seems to be like the ceo trophy for sales. I'm up to silver so far...

Lol. Top tip thanks I've been working on every 15 mins, no wonder some have been missed. As for the four friends, I'm more of a lone wolf these days, most of my set dropped off to play Ghosts & fortnight. You do occasionally hit a chilled lobby tho, just earlier a dude rocks up in a laser during a business battle & I got the mk2 sniper out expecting the inevitable cannon rain, they actually helped we split the crates & went our separate ways. Not many players out there like that lol
