Solved Is hot swapping patched?

Hi, just wandering if hot swapping is patched on the new system update as it keeps coming up with unreadable disc, i've even tried hot swapping a xbox 360 retail game with another (GTA IV with CoD WaW)

It's a bad disk. Happend to me a long time ago. Bought a pack of disks and the whole pack didnt even work.

Thanks for the speedy reply. the other disks worked for me, I think not replacing the default.xex afterward may have something to do with it remembered that about an hour ago, I'll replace and burn another
