I was just playing a few matches on MW2 when my screen would go black for about 1-2 seconds and happend about 4 times during one match.

I'm just curious if its just me, as in my cables or 360...
Or if someone has had a similar problem.

:?

Might be host, Might just be screwing with me. Lol

Doubt it's my monitor since I run my Xbox 360 on it and its running fine.
But I will try cleaning the disk and see how that goes.
I also will try running some other games and see what happens.

Thanks.

Clean your dic and check your cables. One time my xbox got RROD and their were red dots all over the screen. You probably need another xbox.

Checked cables, Using the DVI-Xbox 360 ones.

Disk is in good codition, maybe one or two little scratches, normal stuff.
But it just pulled this screwing around in split screen and has done it before.

Here's a screenshot, You can see the "glitch" on both sides of the screen..

My old XBOX did that right before it died a horrible death...
I would think that it is an XBOX issue rather than cables.

It's your VGA card, this is exactly what happened to me and my friend, I am afraid if you do not have warranty, you will have to buy a new xbox,or maybe.... I am pretty sure you can fix it yourself, though it not might be the heat sync that is the problem, what I would reccomend is to go buy a new xbox, the arcade ones that don't get the RROD.
