    Klutsh released a new version of iPrep 101([Click here to view the link]) a .NET application and collection of MSDOS scripts/applications for use in flashing a Samsung TS-H943A or BenQ DVD drives.


    What's new/fixed:
    * Removed MTKFlash, now exclusive use of DOSFlash.
    * Forced use of removeable drives.
    * Win32 UI for DVDKey32.
    * Ability to generate valid BenQ/Samsung Lite-On Spoof Firmware.
    * Includes FirmTool 1.2, DVDKey32 v0.6, DosFlash([Click here to view the link]) 1.6.

    - Spoofs Lite-On data into .bin files read for flashing.

    - MD5 checker when selecting your firmware lets you know your firmware is legit.
    - Updateable Firmware definitions.
    - Works with all current iXtreme firmwares.
    - Load Firmware from .bin or .rar.

    BE CAREFUL! THIS PROGRAM USES A FORMAT COMMAND. THIS CAN AND WILL DELETE ALL FILES
    ON THE REMOVEABLE DRIVE YOU CHOOSE. IF THERE ARE FILES ON YOUR FLOPPY OR USB
    DRIVE YOU WANT TO KEEP, GET THEM OFF THE MEDIA FIRST! THE FILES WILL BE DELETED.
    DOUBLE-CHECK YOUR DRIVE LETTER BEFORE RUNNNING THE PROGRAM.
    NOBODY WANTS TO ACCIDENTALLY FORMAT THEIR WORK!

    Serial ATA Drivers Installed in Windows for the SATA Detection.
    
    Use:
    Quick guide:

    1: Make your USB stick using the iPrep v008 Pro UI
    2: Boot to the USB stick
    3: To Dump your drive type "DosFlash" (Without quotes)
    3.1: Follow onscreen guide

    For BenQ:
    3.2: name your firmware "Ben-OFW.bin"
    4: To Backup your firmware type "copy Ben-OFW.bin BACKUPS\ANYNAMEYOUWANT.bin"
    5: To patch your firmware type "FirmTool Ben-OFW.bin Ben-CFW.bin
    6: To Flash your Firmware type "DosFlash"
    6.1: Follow onscreen guide
    6.2: The file you want to flash is "Ben-CFW.bin"

    For Samsung:
    3.2: name your firmware "Sam-OFW.bin"
    4: To Backup your firmware type "copy Sam-OFW.bin BACKUPS\ANYNAMEYOUWANT.bin"
    5: To patch your firmware type "FirmTool Sam-OFW.bin Sam-CFW.bin
    6: To Flash your Firmware type "DosFlash"
    6.1: Follow onscreen guide
    6.2: The file you want to flash is "Sam-CFW.bin"


    To flash a Lite-on spoofed firmware:
    1: To Flash your Firmware type "DosFlash"
    2: Follow onscreen guide
    2.1: The file you want to flash is "Lit-CFW.bin"


    A more finished guide and maybe video guide will be available once I get any bug's that iPrep v008 Pro has.
