Do you know on the ipod touch4g in the top left corner, it says ipod, then connection bars?

Well if you do. can you tell me some cool things i could replace that with?

BTW my ipod is jailbroken. Right now i have the little android gingerbread.

make it mine doesnt work. And whats fake carrier cant find it
