my 3rd gen nano just says please connect to power supply even when it is.
the best u can do is let it charge for 24 hours
if nothing then u need a new battery
First try to restore it, if that doesn't work then run the battery out and then charge it. If that doesn't work you will need to contact apple, they wont fix it if your warranty has expired.
It won't show up in iTunes. I'll just see if it's under warranty still. Thanks.
How would I go about sending it back to apple?
bring it to an apple store.
Put the ipod in recovery mode if you can.
