I sent my iphone in to apple to get it fixed but they said it was in water and they arenot covering it but it never was in water any way I can get this fixed?

That's your only option, you'll have to pay to get it looked at and fixed. Even if it wasn't in water, the water sensors being tripped void the warranty.

That would void your warranty by opening it.

No. You'd damage the phone more trying to get them off and I don't know of any place that sells the white dots.
