Unsolved iphone 4.0.1 wont unlock 4 tmobile with ultrasn0w

ok so iv had this iphone 3g 4 like 6 months started with 3.1.3 and tried to unlock it and failed so i updated it to 4.0.1 and tried to unlock with ultrasn0w on both firmwares it gives the no singal crap ive tried a lot of things so if any one could help me with this problem that would b fn awesome !!! thanks

well you can't unlock on either of those.
you need to downgrade to 4.0 and then you can unlock.
