Unsolved iOS 5 Upgrade

I have an iPhone 4, jailbroken, running 4.3.3.

I wanna upgrade to iOS 5, not really bothered that it would only be tethered. How can I do this without losing all my apps and everything?

You would need to backup your apps and music.For backup apps I suggest PkgBackup or AptBackup.Here's a video (Not my video)

Really? What would happen if I did the 'Restore' in iTunes after installing iOS 5 and jailbeaking?

You just backup,then update to iOS 5,jailbreak,then sync with Itunes to get your apps back.At least that's what the video says.I don't know much about backing up so I'm sorry if anything goes wrong.
