Solved Installing xexmenu1.2 onto Jtag HELP?

Hey i keep trying to download horizon modding tool so i can install xexmenu 1.2 onto my jtag but it never detects my usb device so i never can install the menu.
Any help would be great thanks.

Try a different usb (they cost $0.99 on ebay).
