Solved Installing mods... HELPPP?

I downloaded a usb mod from video below



The only problem is that there is nothing on how to install it. The file is called alterIW4.Main.dll

Any help would be greatly appreciated

The "TU7 10th Lobby Online" suggests that it's only for JTAG, so you can't inject it into a USB and use it even if you have a "Modding Tool", because you don't have the JTAG... There are "10th Lobbies" that open occasionally, which you don't have to have a JTAG to join, but you won't make much use of it as it just increases your XP points awarded from deaths, kills, etc... Anyway just search for it in the forums if you want it, go to MW2 Modded Game Lobby, here's a post example:​
