Hi i sent a friend of mine a modded disk ? He received it and it installed perfectly , but the game wont read for him he keeps getting an error message ? Can anyone help or no what caused this

So he hotswapped and everything properly? Didn't scratch up the disk or anything inside the console? What does the error message say?

Oh its okay ha he just broke his xbox ? his tray keeps opening and closing
