Essentially, my problem is just like the one in this thread called [Solved] Aurora and indie games (can't post link, getting flagged as spam).

I'll modify the list he made in that post to match my situation:

I am on Aurora 0.7b r1622 located in hdd1\Aurora 0.7b.1\
I am on Kernel 2.0.17559.0, I updated my xbox before modding it;
I placed the 2.0.17559.0 update in $$ystemupdate on a USB drive in case the avatar update was the problem and no patch was applied;
I am on a Corona 4gb RGH with a 1tb internal hdd;
All games are in hdd1\Content\0000000000000000\<titleid>
All XBLIG games are in hdd1\Content\0000000000000000\584E07D2\00000002;
The XBLIG TU #29 is in hdd1\Content\0000000000000000\584E07D2\000B0000;
Aurora also has a copy of the TU in Aurora\Data\TitleUpdates\20200202020202(...)\584e07D2\D955ea41(...)\;
Dashlaunch is in HDD1\Dashlaunch 3.21;
launch.ini is in HDD1\launch.ini;
All XBLA and DLC unlocked in XM360v3.2d;
and all XBLIG games work in MS Dash and Dashlaunch.

Dashlaunch 3.21 settings are:
contpatch on; xblapatch on; licpatch on; pingpatch on; liveblock on; livestrong off; fakelive off; autofake on; autocont on; autofake0 0x584E07D2;

I'm going crazy over here!

This sounds like it may be a conflicting title update in Aurora. Remove the copy of the TU in aurora and see if it'll work. If not, try removing Contpatch, XBLAPatch and LICPatch, you don't need those if you unlocked the content before putting it on your HDD. Those are for on the fly unlocking of games/DLC.

I have this exact same problem. I have a Jasper console that I was able to play Indie games through Aurora, but I cannot for the life of me get my Corona 4g to play Indie games from Aurora. Like OP, I can play them from DASH or FSD, just not from Aurora. I am on 17559 with colored avatars (not greyed out). I have tried everything and I'm wondering if this is just some sort of a glitch with Corona 4g? Were you ever able to figure this out? I'm about to give up!

I am pleased to report that I have somehow resolved this issue... although I don't exactly understand which step is the one that fixed it. I will walk you through what I did...

1) Use Simple Nand Flasher to pull a copy of your NAND
2) Use j-Runner to build 17502 Dash from said copy of NAND
3) Boot into new dash and open DashLaunch3.21\Installer\default.xex, update Dashlaunch from 3.16 to 3.21
4) Set autofake to true
5) Place the $SystemUpdate folder for dash 17502 on root of USB, you should be prompted to apply the update immediately, if not, rename folder to $$ystemUpdate and try again. This is the avatar update, and you have to have it.
6) Place folder 584E07D2 in hdd1:content\0000000000000
7) Place folder 000B0000 along with file tu32000100_00000000 (xna title update). Folder structure should look like : hdd1\content\0000000000000\584E07D2\000B0000\tu3200...
8) Place folder 00000002 inside folder 584E07D2, and place indie games inside 0000002.
9) Your indie games should now launch from Aurora!!!!!
10) Make a new flash with NAND flash.
11) Use new flash to update to the latest dash 17559 along with avatar update and indie games should now work!

I am displeased to report that I have run into this issue again, with a different box (Jasper). I can get Indie games to launch from NXE, but not from Aurora. There seems to be some sort of bug somewhere. I think it happens when the NAND gets compiled. I will play around with this some more, but I do not have a root cause or a solution yet.
