improvements for my team?

my team is currently: 3-5-2 GK- Cech CB- Luiz CB- Kompany CB- Vidic CDM- Toure CDM- Ramires LM- Schurrle RM- Navas CAM- Ozil ST- Eto'o ST- Jovetic

i want to keep the formation the same but has anyone got any ideas where to improve with 100k thanks

INF Lallana, goes for like 60k and he's amazing

He's just a better round player, I have both and Lallana is doing better for me
