Mod Menu iHax XeX Menu Base Help!

ok so im using iHax XeX menu base to create a menu, But ive been trying to make the text come in from the right in a stairstep pattern. but i cant figure it out so if anyone can shoot me some tips on how to make menu FX or show me a code or something it would be greatly appreciated.
