That did the trick. I hadn't been changing the vehicle position number from one through nine as I sent new requests, misinterpretation on my part. My apologies, and thanks for the in-depth walkthrough, mate. I appreciate it a ton. What ya said worked perfectly.

One more question, if you don't mind? I searched the thread for an answer to this, but didn't find one. I found it was asked, but saw no answer. Is it possible to change the wheel color via Charles? It isn't in your order breakdown section, so I'm guessing not?

Yeah I wish I could change the wheel color too as I am now stuck with fluorescent blue or whatever wheels on my speedo van
You can change the Rims themselves to different models (I'd recommend Carbon since it can't be overwritten to Blue.)

Also, thank you, WTFox WTFox . It took me some time to get used to the whole changing the Vehicle ID and stuff but I eventually got it to work out, these are the results.

I used these links: ID for Paint plus other cosmetic and performance and also this YouTube video.

All of those plus your continued support in this thread eventually got those done, even if it's old news, still like to say thank you

Just remember that for 'special' vehicles that don't show up in iFruit, you cannot change the wheel CATEGORY, so you're stuck working within the default category for that vehicle. I think the Speedo is in muscle, which I do not think has any carbon wheels. Only high end does? Refer to my wheel db for choices and code numbers

I have all the codes and paint colors laid out in the google doc much better than that text file FYI. Also, the video uses extra steps and extra orders that are unecessary (no breakpoints) BUT I'M GLAD IT WORKED FOR YOU!

Haha yeah true, also is it possible to put high end Rims on the Weazel News Van? Every time I tried the rims were extremely small and didn't look like the one I applied at all..

i don't think so. You can't change the wheel category. Weazel is probably muscle or offroad or something

ok have been reading these forums for awhile, i just got my speedo in my garage and i feel like i did all steps for special vehicle i.e. change the vehicle hash , garage slot, and order number but no luck any more suggestions or just try again....just looked over my steps and i did try and put high end rims on the speedo will that affect the order getting thru, and the rims which i can choose from are in the muscle category?

You need to keep your vehicle in the Garage, don't change the order number. Just change your vehicle ID. I keep it in Vehicle slot 1 and change the ID to 0. Seems to work every time.
