It's not possible to mod Black Ops 2 multiplayer or zombies with a USB mod menu. You will need an exploited console to run a mod menu. However you can mod the campaign with modded game saves using programs like Modio or Horizon. I advise you to not download files from YouTube videos that say it is a USB mod menu they will most likely be a virus or some sort of malicious software.
