Tools I need program testers

i need one or two testers for my resigner/rehasher that i created.
it only resigns as of now

dont you think there are already alot of those programs?
instead why dont you focus on a modding program for modding lets say like films and screenshots with a built in rehash and resign thing ( if you are going to make sure that all the things needed to mod the film or screenshot are in the program
