Solved I need help please with the menu

So their was recently a cash drop lobby patch that was released so I followed as it says and i dont have a kv by the way so i got to single player to test it out and no menu is their?

You will need to purchase a new KV from somewhere if you want to use it online.
Not sure if it works on singe player or not, sure it does.
Try re-installing it?
