I have the solar already and my arc arrives tomorrow, then just a few void kills and I be ready got my void sword next week.

Nice I'm working on the solar one now. I just got the exotic class item from new monarchy. I hate crucible it took me 5 hours to get 7 wins lol. Now I can focus on getting that raze lighter

Yeh it's quite easy actually and for the hadium flakes part i just used the hunter perk that tells me where chests are

Lol first day I was level 40 light 290 and had sword and finished bunch of quests. . All about how much time you have to invest

so your telling me you did the whole quest in a day ?

If you get the sword on an alt, you can transfer it to a character thats already completed the sword quest (at least up until Arms day wait part), leveling it up, and you will skip all the way to farming for rare items/ability kills. So once you've completed it once, if you have two more alts, you can skip most of the steps and complete them fairly quickly.

You have to do the alak hul strike on heroic ( 300 recommended light ) while you'll have 2 boomers and 1 hive knight with different shields ( 1 for each sword ) and you have to kill your designated knight and alak hul within 30 seconds of each other.
So you basically have to be fighting alak hul, thralls and cursed thralls while keeping the 2 boomers and the sword knight alive until alak hul is really low on health. It gets very hectic, very fast

Got my Arc Edge around an hour ago. I luckily found a team with 2 other guys using the Arc sword so the final boss was quite easy since we didn't have to worry about the void and solar.

I actually didn't know there was another step. I strode into the tower proud as a pea**** and got the next part from shaxx like oooooohhhhhhh. The fight actually isn't that bad the problem is when you get matched with a group and everybody has different Swords they are trying to get. Also alot of peeps just plain don't understand what they need to do. I had a guy call me dumb in a message after I tried to tell him what we needed to do. He had killed the void and arc guy leaving the solar one and none of us had the solar sword to get. So he sends me a party chat invite and proceeds to tell me how dumb, ignorant and illiterate I am. Because clearly I didnt read the next step. So I gently cussed him out and proceeded to kill the arc guy he needed to stay alive for the next 20 min. till he left. The other guy ended up being super cool and we made a deal to just do my sword then his after. It's much easier to just kill the other two and just kill the 1 and Alak together. Rather than trying to keep 2 to 3 alive. Especially that solar guy, he is a beast in there. Sorry for the long mssg. But why can't I find smart ppl like my fellow se7ensins bosses that post in here.
