Solved I cant encrypt my file for my server

Hi I am making my server but I need help since I need to change the xnotify but when I try to change it the xextool doesnt encrypt it, the tool stops working I also tried changing one letter and it still happens so it isnt The size but when I dont change it and encrypt it the tool works please help anyone who does help me will be rewarded with 1year free
