Maybe the fact that it's no longer possible... Rockstar doesn't need to update the system because its already secure enough. There is extremely little that you can do in public lobbies via ISO modding anymore and it will stay that way. If anything, Rockstar adding more files to the game with an update would give us more opportunities for mods.

Bad idea R* would just patch it in pure badness id say just leave it for another very good while if it even possible for iso script bypass to be created very doubtful though.
