1st: Get your old Xbox 260 Hard-drive and take it apart by: Using a torque screw driver
2nd: After removing all the screws, and all of the stuff covering the hard-drive, Disconnect ANY connecters that go into the hard-drives port.
3rd: Carefully slide out the hard-drive from the metal casing.
4th: Turn your Xbox Slim upside down and open up the hard-drive bay by pressing in the button.
5: CAREFULLY slide your old Xbox hdd into the --->middle<--- of your slims hdd bay. You will feel it if its in the right way because it will kind of mold itself in.... then just put some pressure on it.. and CLICK!.....
The HDD WILL bounce around a bit but thats normal.
Youtube video below showing ONLY how to put it in... because taking the OLD 360 hdd apart is not hard.. just annoying
