Solved How to use xpg offline files ?

I never used offline files I was always on stealth server so Im asking what should I do I have files HV.bin and Online.xex and debug ( note ) Should I put them in my dashlaunch v3.12 plugins or what ?

oopsy nevermind was in premium, however have all files on the root of your hdd and try having online.xex as a plugin in JRPC

try only having XBDM.xex and JRPC.xex as your plugins in dashlaunch, use everything else including the online.xex in your JRPC.ini

Where can I find JRPC.ini ?

if you dont already have jrpc.xex and ini they can be found here or google it, if you have jrpc.xex without jrpc.ini something has gone wrong

so to be clear I have to save and load live.xex to jrpc.ini in my dashlaunch or what ?
EDIT: I dont have JRPC.ini
