Actually this does work. Make sure you set up your Axis correctly or you wont be able to turn or move correctly. I did this 15 minutes ago for minecraft and it worked perfect. Nice program because you can change the sensitivity for the turning and customize what each button does. Also it was a pretty good tutorial to get started, but more detail would be better for the noobs on how to do more advanced things or just simply assigning buttons a bit more in detail.
Also you might want to add above or below the video that the pad needs to be USB and you can only use the Wireless ones if you have a Crossfire adapter which isn't made anymore.
Also MadCatz pads do work, I own a MadCatz Pad and it when the drivers are installed it comes up with "MadCatz XBOX 360 Gamepad"
