Alright guys, so as many of you are aware, dashboard 16747 just launched. I will be writing up a tutorial to help many of you guys out.
Note: If you have a Corona 4GB, this tutorial will not work. If you have a Corona console that is not 4GB, this tutorial will work. PM me and I will build you a new NAND and help you setup Dashlaunch 3.12.

    Downloads:
    Simple NAND Flasher:
    Download
    Virus Scan
    XeBuild:
    Download
    Virus Scan

You will want to start by extracting your old NAND. (If you already have your NAND, skip this part)
When you have Nand Flasher 360 downloaded, unzip it, then copy it to your USB drive
    [IMG]

Connect the USB drive to your console and load Nand Flasher 360 with your favorite file manager.

When Nand Flasher 360 has loaded select Dump Nand / Flash on the right menu, the nand should then dump to your USB drive as a file called orig_nand.bin
    [IMG]

Note: If you are unsure if your console is an Xenon, Zypher, Falcon, Jasper 16mb, Jasper 256mb or Jasper 512mb now would be a good time to make a note of it. As you can see in the image below the revision of the console and nand size is displayed, you will need to know this later on:

Once the dump has finished you can connect the USB drive to your computer and copy the orig_nand.bin off it.

Now you will go into the location where you downloaded your XeBuild folder. In there will be a file named "xeBuild GUI 2.0." Run the program as administrator. Now find "load source" and click "open." Find your orig_nand.bin from your USB, and double click it. You have 3 steps to follow now:

    1) Open your existing nand, this is the nand you dumped earlier in this tutorial with Nandflasher 360
    2) Enter your CPU key, all the settings you need should be read from your existing nand.
    3) Change the "Keneral Version" To Custom and Write 16747
    4) Generate a hacked image
    [IMG]
Note: You should have a green check in each of the box's at the bottom of the Xebuild application
    [IMG]

After the new nand is built when this is shown press "Cancel" so you can see the build log:

[Check the build log for any errors]

Now you will flash the new NAND to your console. Copy the "updflash.bin" to your USB drive. Plug it in the console, and load up Simple NAND flasher again.

On the right menu select “Write NAND / Flash”

This will bring up a file browser, select the USB drive
    [IMG]

Now select your updflash.bin, you will be warned not to press anything on the console as it is flashing.

Press ok and the nand will be flashed to the console.

After the flashing has finished it will be verified, all been well your nand will have been flashed successfully.

Press the on-screen button “shutdown” to turn the console off.

Now that your console is shut completly off, disconnect the power cable and leave it unplugged for about 1 minute. After 1 minute, plug it back in. You are successfully updated to 16747.

(If your console boots, then shuts down unintentionally, power the console completely off, then boot with the power button then shortly after boot with the eject button, this will disable plugins) Go into xexmenu or FSD and delete XBLStealth.xex or replace it with the newer one, then reboot)

Thank you for this tutorial! Having trouble with the old XBLSE plugins being on there but I'm in the process of sorting it out now.

Yup, I have them downloaded. When I booted it it put me into Xell. Is that supposed to happen? I apologize if this is a stupid question, but now it's just stuck in Xell saying 'looking for files on local media and TFTP...'?
