Hi everyone i wanted to know if there a option on xebuild for spoof the dvd lector , because the light of my console keep flashing all the time because my dvd lector is broken and not recognised

Well, I'm pretty sure you can spoof the dvd key and region to your nand using Xebuild. I'm not sure what you mean by "lector."
