How to see how many texts shared between 2 numbers?

hi, does anybody know if there is a way to check how many messages me and another person have sent to eachother? Like an overall number?
I am on Verizon if that helps... Just curious to see if this was possible. Thanks

If you log into your My Verizon account, you'll be able to see how many SMS messages your number has sent over all. I don't think it shows how many you've sent to a certain number. You could always check your phones settings and possibly the app stores to see if there's anything you can use to track this information in the future.

Lol I was trying to see how many we've sent to eachother. I am extremely bored and this thought truly got my mind wrapped around it. So now I'm trying to find out how xD

Is there anyway that you can view a complete log on all outbound,incoming and text summary.
I used to have this feature when I was with sprint in a pdf, then just extract the data into an excel sheet
which then you can weed out to obtain results.

Verizon only shows how many texts you have sent from your phone number in general (I have them as well). It shows in your bill as well as the My Verizon application. Unfortunately, it doesn't show number to number.

There aren't very many good third party applications, especially for iPhone that show that kind of stats. As for the one Tecnica linked, it hasn't been updated since iOS 7 so I highly doubt that one will work.
