Solved How to remove the HUD?

So i'm trying to remove the hud when opening the menu and set it back when closing it. 1st i tried the dvar g_hardcore but everytime i (i'm the host) open the menu hardcore mode gets set for all other clients too, so that wasnt really what i wanted. 2nd i tried to emp-jam the screen and this worked perfectly, but it has a weird bug, because everytime a new client joins and the menu is open on the screen of a client the empjam goes away. so i wanted to ask if there is a alternative to remove the hud besides g_hardcore and emp-jam!?

anyone? i really need help with this! my menu is 99% done and i just can't release it because of that ****** HUD-removal problem...
