what exactly are you asking.... you take the xbox apart and spray the paint on

Its simple...

Step 1. Take case of xbox
Step 2. Put tape on the vents so you dont get paint in/on them
Step 3. Spray whatever design you want on it...If your using spray paint then Stencils work the best with them..

just lightly sand it with any sandpaper

user rubbing alcohol on the case before painting, air dry. use laquer (normally advertised as Plastic or quick drying) paint

sanding isn't really required, i've heard of wet sanding but it doesn't do much. rubbing alcohol gets rid of the junk in it just fine.

You do need sandpaper for a good quality finish.

Personally, i use 400 grit sandpaper, then finish off with some 800 or 1000 grit.

Then i prime, wet sand, then prime again, and wet sand, and prime.

Then i paint, wet sand, paint, wet sand, paint, and then let it dry for a couple days.

Always a good finish garunteed.

No you dont NEEEEEED it..Do you know what NEED means? And i dout this guy is an experienced painter like you seem to be therfor he doesnt NEED sandpaper anyhow..

You do need sandpaper for a good quality finish.

my xbox begs to disagree with you

and my box's dry in 3 hours tops, and they're super good quality.
