If you can bring it into LSC, but can't add different rims, turbo, etc., this glitch will allow you to.
This glitch is really an adaptation of Applepiesurge's tutorial on getting different rims on Livery Sanches', which is:

ALTERNATIVE METHOD:
1. Go Invite Only using Last Location spawn.
2. Park Sanchez near LSC
3. Drive any car into to LSC.
4. Open to where "Front Wheel" and "Rear Wheel" are.
5. Open Xbox Game Store/PS Store
6. Pull Ethernet cable. (Puts you back in SP)
7. Go back to Invite Only session.
8. Enter LSC in Sanchez.
9. Customize said Sanchez

However, instead of just wheels, you can add pretty much anything. For example, I have a fully modified dune buggy right now.

So in order to do this glitch, take these steps:

ALTERNATIVE METHOD:
1. Go Invite Only using Last Location spawn.
2. Park vehicle near LSC
3. Drive any car into LSC.
4. Open wheels, respray, armor, brakes, bumpers, engine, exhaust, grille, hood, horn... etc.
5. Open Xbox Game Store/PS Store
6. Pull Ethernet cable, or disconnect wireless adapter. (Puts you back in SP)
7. Reconnect internet connection, and connect to XBL.
8. Go back to Invite Only session.
9. Enter LSC in vehicle.
10. Customize said vehicle.

I'm giving all credit for this glitch to Applepiesurge, as he originally found the way to do this, with the motard glitch.

*Note, if you're using an Xbox SLIM, disconnect your modem/router.
*Another note, if you see the message "You need a vehicle to enter LSC" in the top left when you're returning to SP, it has worked.

THIS GLITCH IS WORKING AFTER 1.09

By pull Ethernet cable, what do you mean? I use my Xbox through WiFi so how would I do this glitch with an Ethernet cable?

If you're not using an ethernet cable, just disconnect your wireless adapter. Works the same.

Alright so after you unplug it, do you plug it back in because how can you go to an invite only without live connection?

kools, then when you kill the connection you'll disconnect from XBL and when you get back on it remembers where you left off so you can now use the car that doesn't get any options and put them on.

It doesn't unless you can somehow get it into LSC.

Alright so this works with any vehicle that you can bring into LSC but normally can't edit things like wheels and engine. I got it now, thanks.

Yep. Have fun! I know I will with this extremely fast dune buggy.

If you can get someone to do the SP2MP glitch they can build the 4 wheeler with all options in a game save editor and import it for you.

Except they can't, because none of that sticks. I've already tried that.
