Solved How to give invincible vehicles to other players

How exactly would I give invincible vehicles to other players? (Only during our session, I know they can't be stored in their garage and kept that way) But everyone else seems to be able to do it but it never seems to stick for me. I'm not sure if they patched something or I'm just not doing it right. I'm using purge. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance and happy modding!
