How To Get your Gamercard and Avatar on your Desktop



Tested on Xp/Vista/7

From your Windows Desktop:frown:XP Users)
  1. Select Start.
  2. Select Control Panel.
  3. Double-click Display.
  4. Select the Desktop tab at the top of the window.
  5. Select the Customize Desktop button (at the bottom of the window).
  6. Select the Web tab at the top of the window.
  7. Select New.
  8. In the Location field, enter this URL: http://gamercard.xbox.com/[insert your gamertag here].card (make sure to replace the bracketed text).
  9. Click OK, OK, OK … etc...

1.Open Winrar
2.Double click
3. Click intsall
4. Right click on widget
5.Put your gamertag
6.DONE!


For Windows XP users if you don't have the sidebar/gadgets installed already

download THIS and install it

Once you do this can you move your gamercard and avatar around on your desktop or are they fixed in that one spot?

yes can move it around, click the drag button to the side of the gamercard to move it and your avatar click anywhere on it to move it around.

Can you explain the program more? I have no option to install. :what:

if you don't have the install option, drag to your windows sidebar or gadgets. if you don't have the windows side bar/gadgets download it HERE

Your instructions dont work for windows 7 either.

theres no DESKTOP in the display pannel.

If you have windows 7 just right click on your desktop select gadgets on the right bottom corner hit get more gadgets and search for xbox 360. You will see it there.
