2. Just get a hit marker with the GR like normal and shoot both to get fast hands
3. Enjoy your pro perk

The hitmarker you get with the noobtube counts towards the Fast Hands challenge for Sleight of Hands Pro.

Another fairly easy way is to go into a hardcore team deathmatch where everyone uses last stand. Once you get him down, hide, reload, then finish him off
