Two : Select your network (Only tested with wireless)

Three : Go to your "DNS" settings and click "Manual"

Four : Primary: 173.199.144.68

Secondary: 206.214.214.28

Click Done. And go and enjoy ALOT more Shows, films and more! Note: If those DNS should fail try these.
Primary: 208.122.23.22
Secondary DNS Setting – 208.122.23.23

Yes. As the DNS is still located is the US.

the first set of dns can confirm works in canada but second set of dns seem to hang at the netflix loading screen but glad it works thanks for the tut
