Yes so it's about time that someone finds out!
First, you should always back up your maps!

Then open up enigneer, and extract the ".mode" tag of what model you want then open int in hex editor and copy, all hex paste it in notepad
Then click "edit' replace

Sorry, I accidently pasted the hex, and then it automatically submitted, but now I cant post or edit(banned) because I was "spamming" sorry!

Edit: The smileys were such as (*:, but the system just makes it a smile (without "*")

First of all. These arent the models. The .mode tag doesnt actually contain the 3d models. Model data is in a completely different area of the map. This raw data is referenced by the ZONE tag. What the mode tag does it put the model and the shader together and sets it up for animation. All you copied and pasted was that information.
