So I got my system TSOP going but now I cant get into the MS dash, there is no option for it. I tried to boot from the .xbe file in the c drive but it doesn't work I just boot into the Evox dash. Is there a work around or an app to install to be a able to access the MS dash?

Update* I was able to boot into the MS dash via "avalanch" dash. From the "evox" dash when trying to boot through a file explorer irlt will only return me to the default dash. Not sure why that is.

Evox may not be configured to load the correct xbe on the C drive. The MS dashboard file is xboxdash.xbe. Evox may be trying to run xb0xdash.xbe. Check the contents of evox.ini. Download the file to your PC using an FTP client. Open it with a text editor.

The menu item that launches the MS dashboard should look like the following:

Section "Root"
{
...
Item "MS Dashboard",ID_MS_Dash
...
}

And in the prior [Misc] section of evox.ini:

MSDashBoard = "c:\xboxdash.xbe"

This line may be set to something different

MSDashBoard = "c:\xb0xdash.xbe"
(that's a zero not the letter 'o')

and would need to be changed to the first.

How to properly configure the evox dash depends on the files found in the C drive of your console.
