Microsoft has been under attack ever since the XBOX ONE was revealed. Gamers and the media need to take a step back because the more attention they get, the bigger their E3 press conference is going to be. That's great for us because even though all that attention is bad, we want to know what Microsoft is going to do to keep us around. That's where all the games come into play. We are going to see sequels and new IPs that are going to amaze us. Not to mention what the biggest bombshell of the entire show could be.

All gameplay was captured with the Elgato Game Capture HD.

Why can no one google this. It is like everyone makes videos about charging for used games and then no one actually makes sure they are charging. This was announced at least a week ago.

No they won't...but they will probably get a cut of used games resell. What do you think that means? You think gamestop is going to pay for that out of their pocket and/or profits? HECK NO! They are going to pass that straight on to the game purchaser. MS knows this so in this way they are indirectly charging you a fee for playing used games while still being able to step back and say no we're not doing that. Of course...they have not confirmed this to be true or not true AFAIK so it could go either way but honestly I wouldn't be that surprised by it being the case. =\ What's even more frustrating is that I have seen reports that sony may do the same thing as well lending the sense of truth to this but we probably won't know for sure until sometime during\after E3.

What's funny is they only talk about the retailer getting hit with the fee. How is that any different than giving my friend my game? He'll be hit with the same fee, since you would be the retailer in a way.
Whole thing is a mess, I wish they would just come out and say what the deal is, sick of all this damage control and backpedaling.

Sony said they are leaving it up to the publisher last week.
