I need to know how to get the vintage like coloring from it, i cant figure out any filters.

Here is two textures that sort of have that look so maybe you can use them as a background then overlay another layer with the texture in it over everything !

If you mess with the "Curves" and go to "Blue," dragging the right line down a bit makes a yellowish feel.

I found out that I didnt need to do that effect :L
Actually I just went back and went over it with the first picture and it worked quite nicely
