Solved How do you get banned?

So, I recently bought me a jtagged Xbox and I am curious. So I can only connect to live through buying a xbox stealth for a day or so otherwise if I try to go on xbox live without it I will be banned.
Let's say I want to host a mod menu lobby with just 5 of my friends on a private match, would I get banned from that or will I only get banned because people report you?

And if I will get auto-banned, then buying xbox stealth days are the only way to play xbox live with your jtagged xbox?

I don't think you can connect to XBL without stealth....You will always get banned if you connect to xbl its just a matter of time...Staying in private matches and not in public matches is a good way to make your KV last longer. If your really wise about what you do while your online you can last from 3-4days to a month.

Once you connect to live you will instantly get banned.

No. That's why you use stealth, it spoofs the hyper visor to bypass the checks.

I know. The guy was asking if he would play private match without stealth would he get banned. So I said if you connect to live without stealth you will be banned.

Having Stealth just stops the automated ban, but usually KVs can last anything up to 1 month or more if you don't mod and play legit (don't mod public matches when you're host) although XBLSE claimed their test KV lasted 66 days with constant modding.

Sort of correct. They said it lasted 66 days "without" modding. Meaning playing xbox normally for that long.

You get a new KV. Then repeat the process.
