Solved How do I pay my employees?

We have collected a bunch of goods & then sold them.
They are getting about $10k here & there.
But when we sold goods, only I got paid.
I cannot share cash through interaction menu.
So, any ideas?

Apparently as of right now the pay for your employees is....well there's no way to put it but S**t and there's nothing you can do as CEO to increase it. Lol. Since there is no way to for your employees to get good payouts unless rockstar fixes this I would suggest you to swap being CEOs between all your friends. Since there's no cool-down time between retiring and re-activating CEO mode.

Payments made to associates increase in line with each consecutive successful collection or delivery.

My friend was getting 76k each time it paid him by the time I got off last night.

Edit: Gonna add that I did only one sale and half filled a large warehouse, for those wondering.

Mine seemed capped at $10k.

Do what I do with my organization, get some crates and do the VIP job where you have to kill the four targets. When you go to VIP work it's the one on the top. Gives them 20-25k each time.
